The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats and thrown or batted balls or other objects or by others in attendance, or damage to personal property in or adjacent to the ballpark and agree to indemnify and hold harmless: Fond du Lac Baseball Club, Appleton Baseball Club, Inc., Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, and their respective administrators, trustees, directors, agents, officers, staff, volunteers and employees from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages.

Privacy Policy:

The ticket holder, and any minor accompanying the holder, irrevocably grants, and thus waives any privacy, publicity or other similar claim, to the Fond du Lac Baseball Club and their licensees the unrestricted right and license to use his or her voice, image, picture or likeness in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for any purpose or use worldwide and in perpetuity. Photographs, videos, or other accounts of the game or game-related activities created by the ticket holder or any minor accompanying the ticket holder may only be used for personal, non-commercial uses. Any transmission to any commercial enterprise, and any public performance or display, are prohibited.
