Privacy Policy:

The ticket holder, and any minor accompanying the holder, irrevocably grants, and thus waives any privacy, publicity or other similar claim, to the Fond du Lac Baseball Club and their licensees the unrestricted right and license to use his or her voice, image, picture or likeness in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for any purpose or use worldwide and in perpetuity. Photographs, videos, or other accounts of the game or game-related activities created by the ticket holder or any minor accompanying the ticket holder may only be used for personal, non-commercial uses. Any transmission to any commercial enterprise, and any public performance or display, are prohibited.
